Yum-ee Rice

Yum-ee Rice (Pat Mackay)
1 cup uncooked rice
1 can french onion soup
1 can beef broth
2 Tbsp oil or butter

Mix oil and rice and cover with soups. Bake in covered casserole for 1 hour at 350.

(Because we use short-grain Calrose rice, we use 1 1/2 cups rice.)
