Grease a cookie sheet pan (10 x 15). Turn oven to 350.
Mix:
- ½ C. butter (I use one stick of regular (not light) margarine)
- 1½ C. sugar
Add:
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- ¾ cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Add:
- 2 cups flour
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
Mix well and pour into the greased baking sheet (Jelly roll pan). Bake about 15 minutes and check for doneness. If you double the batch and make two cookie sheets, then rotate them in the oven after about 10 minutes. When cool, frost with powdered sugar icing.
