Stir Fry Sauce

6 tablespoons soy sauce (3/8 cup)
2 garlic clove, minced
4 teaspoons cornstarch
6 tablespoons water (3/8 cup)
2 teaspoons fresh ginger, finely chopped (optional)
2 scallion, white and green parts, finely chopped (optional)
1 teaspoon chili oil (optional)

Directions:
1 - Dissolve cornstarch in water.
2 - Combine all ingredients.
3 - To use, make your stir fry until almost fully cooked. Stir in sauce in the last few minutes. Bring to a boil until thickened.

Mix it with broccoli, carrots, celery, green pepper, tasty chicken, & rice. Yummmmm.
